What inspires your family? Our family is inspired by taste. We like to use spices to enhance the flavor of our food.
What do you think is the number one misconception about pork producers? One common misconception is that pork producers do not care. It is crucial to our business that we take care of our animals, our land and our community. Without each of them, we cannot continue.
What is one interesting/intriguing fact about you and/or your farm? Although we farm 10,000 crop acres, we do not produce enough feed grains to feed all of our animals. We purchase additional feed to make sure our animals receive the proper nutrition to produce a safe, wholesome product for consumers.
