Ingredients

8 pork chops 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/2 tsp. sage 
4 tart apples, cored and sliced. 
2Tblsp. Splenda brown sugar. 
2 Tblsps. flour. 
1 cup hot water. 
1 Tblsp. vinegar 
1/2 c. raisins.

 
Directions
 Brown chops in hot fat;place browned chops in slow-cooker;sprinkle with sage & salt. Top with apple slices and raisins; sprinkle with Splenda BROWN sugar. Mix water/vinegar/flour together and pour over mixture. Set on low for 6 hours. 15-20 minutes prep time if you core and slice apples while chops are browning.
