Place pork in slow cooker and coat with Tabasco sauce Evenly scatter onion on top of pork In a medium size bowl combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce ground mustard, and beer stir to incorporate. Taste and season with salt/pepper as needed. Pour all over pork and cover. Cook on high for 6 hours. After 6 hours remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Serve with potato rolls, sliced cheese and cole slaw. |
