3 JALAPENO PEPPERS -
1/2 PURPLE ONION -
8 CLOVES OF GARLIC -
1 RED BELL PEPPER -
SALT & PEPPER -
1/2 CUP LIME JUICE

 
Directions
CHOP ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT PORK, IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL SALSA LIKE CONSISTENCY THEN RUB ON PORK AND LET MARINATE FOR 1HOUR THEN PLACE IN CROCK POT AND LET COOK FOR 4-6HRS. 
SHRED AND SERVE WITH FLOUR TORTILLAS
