MIX 1/2 cup of RED WINE VINEGAR and 1/4 cup of BROWN SUGAR MIX DRY SPICES 1/4 cup PAPRIKA (smoked preferred) 1 tablespoons CUMIN 1 tablespoon GARLIC DICE 3 Cups of PEPPERS (red, green, jalapeno - any combination to taste), place in slow cooker CUBE 3 POUNDS of PORK CHOPS into bite size pieces, coat with half of the spice mixture. 3 tablespoons OLIVE OIL (1) 28oz can DICED TOMATOES * MIX 1/4 CUP FLOUR AND 1/2 CUP WATER SAUTE PORK in olive oil, add to peppers (in slow cooker) ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO SLOW COOKER (except flour mix) COOK LOW SETTING FOR 6 HOURS ADD flour/water mix as needed to thicken SERVE on rice, pasta, or bread rolls. |
