Upon buying the roast, clean it and trim the fat, I also like to cut slices in the meat on both sides for all the flavor to simmer in. I cook it in the crock pot for 4-5 hours I then drain a little of the water,add the roast with pepper and lawrys seasoned salt, I then a the brown gravy, and vegetables, and cook it low for an hour. The finished product is tendered to perfection roast with fresh veggies. This is my recipe, which I like to cook at least 3 Sundays of the month. I really hope my recipe helps me win this contest.
