Double Pork Chili Beans

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork 
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut in 1 inch cubes 
1 medium onion, diced 
3 tablespoons olive oil 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
1 pkg (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix 
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1 teaspoon chili powder 
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes 
2 cans (15 oz) pinto beans

 
Directions
Times: Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 3 hours, 30 minutes 
In large pot saute onions in olive oil on medium high heat for 4 min. Add ground pork and diced porklion to brown for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili seasoning mix, cayenne pepper and chili to meat mixture, stir and add beans, tomotoes and liquid smoke, stir and remove from heat and pour into crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours, 30 minutes. 
garnish each bowl with diced onion and serve.
