Times: Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 3 hours, 30 minutes In large pot saute onions in olive oil on medium high heat for 4 min. Add ground pork and diced porklion to brown for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili seasoning mix, cayenne pepper and chili to meat mixture, stir and add beans, tomotoes and liquid smoke, stir and remove from heat and pour into crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours, 30 minutes. garnish each bowl with diced onion and serve. |
