Ingredients

4 pounds pork loin boneless chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 28-oz cans green enchilada sauce
1-2 medium onions, chopped
Cooked rice

 
Directions
 4 pounds of pork loin boneless chops cut into 1 inch cubes Place into crock pot or slow cooker Pour 2 -28 oz cans of green enchilada sauce over the top add 1-2 medium chopped onions Cover and cook on high the first hour to heat the pot and on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is very tender 
Serve over cooked rice of choice.
