Ingredients

1 lb boneless pork roast 
1 bottle Mexican beer 
2 Beef bouillon cubes 
1 whole green pepper 
4 garlic cloves 
1 chopped small onion 
1 cup salsa

 
Directions
1. Trim the fat off the boneless pork roast 
2. Chop the onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker 
3. Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the beer over top. 
4. Add 2 beef boullion cubes to the broth 
5. Slice the garlic and peppers place on top of the roast 
6. Pour salsa over top 
7. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. 
8. Once done, shred and serve in tacos!
