1 1/2 lbs boneless pork ribs; cut into chunks 1 15 oz. can black beans; drained and rinsed 1 12 oz package frozen green beans 1 small onion, cut up 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut up 1 1 lb butternut squash, peeled and cut up 1/2 cup caribbean jerk sauce 1 cup vegetable broth 1 cup water 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper |
1. Combine pork, black beans, green beans, onion, pepper and squash in a slow cooker. Pour Caribbean jerk sauce, broth and water over. Stir in thyme, salt and black pepper. 2. Cook on low 5 - 6 hours, or until pork it tender and vegetables are done. |
