Ingredients

4-6 pork chops 
4 apples 
4 pears 
1/4 cup sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1-1 1/2 Cups water 
Salt & Pepper to taste

 
Directions
 Trim excess fat from chops, salt and pepper, lay in crockpot bottom Wash, core and slice fruit right over the top of the chops Pour on the water, you want the meat covered, not the fruit. Sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon mixture, set to low and cook 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hrs.
