first you have to barbeque a bunch of chops. use a rub comprized of chili powder sea salt coarse ground pepper onion powder garlic powder and ceyenne pepper powder. they should be almost to hot to eat as barbequed chops. eat all you can then put the rest in the fridge. the next day, cut the remaining chops into a small dice. put in slow cooker along with a can of crushed tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce(may need more than 1 can sauce depending on amount of pork). let cook on low setting for 3 hours and you've got yourself a warm bowl of delicious. |
