Ingredients

Pork shoulder, 4 to 5 lb 
Kosher salt 
1 tablespoon Black pepper, ground 
3 teaspoon Blueberries, frozen 
1 cup Oranges, peeled & chopped
2 each Poblano chili pepper, medium dice
1 each Water
5 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 bunch chopped Green onion, diced
1 cup Lime, zested & juiced
1 each Red onion, shaved thin
1 each Favorite kasier buns

 
Directions
Serves 5 to 8 persons 
Rub pork with half of the salt and pepper, combine pork, blueberries, oranges, water and poblano pepper in your slow cooker and cook for 6 to 7 hours. 
Take pork out of slow cooker and transfer ingredients to a bowl and break apart pork with a fork, add all cilantro, lime, red onion and remaining salt and pepper to pork and mix well. Mound pulled pork on your favorite bun and enjoy. 
Flavorful pork is enhanced with blueberries one of the most powerful antioxidants and peppers and oranges which are high in vitamin C.
