Serves 5 to 8 persons Rub pork with half of the salt and pepper, combine pork, blueberries, oranges, water and poblano pepper in your slow cooker and cook for 6 to 7 hours. Take pork out of slow cooker and transfer ingredients to a bowl and break apart pork with a fork, add all cilantro, lime, red onion and remaining salt and pepper to pork and mix well.
