Ingredients
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups bottled or homemade bbq sauce
1 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tbs maple syrup
4 to 5 lb pork loin roast
 
Directions
Place vinegar in crock pot. Rub pork roast with cajun seasoning. Place in crock pot and cover with bbq sauce and maple syrup. Cook on low for 12 hours. Drain liquid and pull pork into shreds with two forks. Add more bbq sauce, if desired. Serve on buns with cole slaw and baked beans on the side.
