Inspired Pork Shoulder Recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion 
1 bunch of cilantro 
2 jalapeno peppers, de-seeded 
1 large pork shoulder or pork butt 
1 large can El Pato
 2 cup of water 
Mexican Rice
2 cans Mexican beans
Vegetable oil
Corn Tortillas

 
Directions
cook first 6 ingredients for 6 to 8 hours or till meat is falling off bone. 
Mexican Rice, chop half onion saute in olive oil add washed rice and cook per package directions. 2 cans of Mexican beans of your choice. heat veggie oil and fry corn tortillas.
