Slow Cooked Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 medium-large Pork chops, bone-in preferably
1 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon red balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

 
Directions
In a skillet, add the oil and heat to medium.  Add the pork chops and brown both sides.  Take out the chops and cool slightly.  Take the molasses and rub into the pork chops and place in the slow cooker.
In a sauce pan, add the wet ingredients and bring to boil.  Transfer the sauce to the slow cooker and pour over chops.  Slow cook for 2-3 hours on high.
