Ingredients

1 pound bacon
4 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes 
4 tablespoons lard 
1 large onion, diced 
2 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped 
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons dried oregano
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 cups Bison bone stock 
1 cup water 
3 cups fresh chopped roma tomateos
2 (19-ounce) cans small red beans, rinsed and drained

 
Directions
Top with fresh avocado and goat cheese.
