Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs of boneless pork (tenderloin, pork butt), cut into 1 in cubes. 
1 cup beef or chicken stock. 
2 bay leaves 
2 scoops of lard 
1 tablespoon of sugar 
Warm tortillas 
Chopped onion 
Chopped Cilantro 
Splash of Milk

 
Directions
 Drop everything except the onion, cilantro and the tortillas on the Crock Pot. Cook for 4 to 5 Hours. 
Shred, and serve on warm corn tortillas with cilantro, and the onion.
