Ingredients

2lbs boneless pork loin 
1 bottle hoison garlic marinade 
3 scallions chopped
pkgd broccoli slaw 
lettuce leaves for wrapping.

 
Directions
Cook pork loin with bottle of sauce for 7 hours on low. In the meantime, stir fry broccoli slaw. Shred pork in sauce. Serve with broccoli stir fry wrapped in lettuce leaves or wrap of your choice.
