Ingredients

1 1/2 lb to 2 lb pork roast 
1 head of cabbage shredded 
1/4 cup of onion flakes 
2 tsp of garlic powder

 
Directions
Cook roast in crock-pot for about 6 hours or until falling apart. 
Add shredded cabbage, onion flakes and garlic powder. Continue to cook until cabbage is done. About 30 to 45 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. 
serves 10 
Excellent with homemade cornbread
