Ingredients

1 3lb pork roast, 
4 lg sweet potato peeled, 
bag baby carrots, 
2 onion whole, 
3/4 c chicken broth, 
1 cup orange marmalade, 
3 tbls yellow mustard. 
1tsp thyme dash of nutmeg

 
Directions
Brown roast in frying pan with a dash of oil When browned on all sides place in slow cooker add veg chicen broth mixed with marmalade and mustard add thyme. Cook on high for 1 hour and then turn down to low for 3 hours Stir sauce after 2 hours on low and baste the roast check veg to see if tender This is a sweet and a little sour but great tasting pork roast
