Ma’s Tasty Pork Roast and Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound small red potatoes cut in halves 
3 green onions washed & sliced thin, including green tops 
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 
3/4 cup horseradish sauce 
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder 
1 garlic clove minced 
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
1/2 tsp dry mustard 
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast 
1/2 cup water

 
Directions
Spread the potatoes and green onions on the bottom of a 4-6 quart crock pot. In small bowl mix the next 6 ingredients with a whisk or fork until well incorporated. Place pork roast on top of potatoes pour or brush the horseradish mixture over the pork. Pour water around the edges of the pork being careful not to rinse the horseradish mixture away. Cover and cook on low for 7 1/2 hours. 
Remove pork and potatoes, if you wish you can use the juices to make a gravy.
