Ingredients

1 lb lean ground pork.
3 T. olive oil. 
1 medium onion, chopped. 
3 garlic cloves, minced. 
1-3 jalapeno peppers, sliced. 
2 cans chicken broth. 
1 large can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes. 
1 can (7oz) chopped green chilies. 
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

 
Directions
Prep time 30 min. 
1. Saute pork in olive oil until lightly browned. 
2. Add onions, jalapenos, and garlic to pan and saute until onions are soft. 
3.Transfer mixture to crock pot. 
4. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, green chilies nad 1/4 cup cilantro. Slow cook approx 4-7 hrs on Low. 
Add remaining cilantro and serve.
