Ingredients

6-8 pork chops, well trimmed.
1/2 cup of flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 can cream of chicken, cream of celery, or cream of mushroom soup.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
2 teaspoon oil.
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

 
Directions
mix flour salt mustard garlic powder...dredge chops and brown in oil...place in crock pot...add soup...cover and cook on low for 8 hours 
note: to cut fat you can subistute 1 can of chicken and rice in place of cream of soup
