Smoky Pineapple Pork Chilique

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 
2 lbs. fresh lean ground pork 
1 medium onion, minced 
1 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice 
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained 
1/2 cup hickory smoked barbecue sauce 
1 (14.5 oz.) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes with juice 
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies 
1 cup chicken broth 
1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. chipotle chili seasoning mix 
salt and pepper to taste

 
Directions
Stir all ingredients together in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat setting to low and cook an additional 2 hours. 
Ladle into bowls to serve. Garnish as desired. 
Serves 8.
