Pork, Green Tomato, and Green Chilies Stew

Ingredients

3 pounds pork, cut into 2-inch cubes 
Salt and pepper to taste 
2 cups chopped onions 
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 
1 tablespoon dried oregano
 2 15-ounce cans tomatoes verdes (green tomatoes) 
4 ounce can chopped green chilies 
1 teaspoon ground coriander 
2 cups chicken broth

 
Directions
Spray the inside bowl of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Season pork cubes with salt and pepper to taste. Add to slow cooker along with all of the other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours until pork is fork tender. Serve in bowls and garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
