Ingredients

1 lb pork stew meat 
1 c baby carrots 
1 can cream of mushroom soup 
1 can of water or milk

 
Directions
 Put all ingredients in slow cooker - set on low and cook for 7-8 hrs til pork and carrots are tender Serve over mashed potatoes
