Ingredients

3-4 lbs country style ribs 
salt & pepper 
1 small can sauerkraut 
1/2 small head of cabbage, sliced thin 
1 onion, sliced thin 
1 apple, quartered & sliced 
1 tsp caraway seeds 
1 cup of water 
1 tsp salt

 
Directions
Brown ribs for 3 minutes in heavy skillet. Alternate layers of sauerkraut, cabbage, onion & apple. Pour water on top mixed with caraway see & ssalt. Best made in crock pot, cook medium for 6-7 hhours.
