Place the collard greens, white beans, diced tomatoes with chilies, and entire can of corn into the slow cooker. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir. Add the ground pork, cumin, salt and pepper and mix all ingredients together well. Cover slow cooker and let cook on low for 8 hours. Serve chili into bowls and top with cheddar cheese and cilantro. |
