Ingredients

1 small pork roast, trimmed of excesss fat 
1/4 c. water 
1 medium potato, peeled and quartered 
1 carrot, peeled and chunked 
1 large apple, peeled and chunked 
1 small onion, wedged

 
Directions
Rub meat with black pepper and ancho chili powder. Add water to crockpot, then add meat and veggies. Cook on high heat 4 hours, reduce to lo heat 2 hours. the last hour, add the apple.
Serves 2 to 4
