Pulled Pork Taco with Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

 8 to 9 pound pork butt 
1 packet of fajita mix 
half cup of cilantro

Pico de Gallo:
Two tomatos fine chopped 
one white onion fine chopped 
Two green pepers chopped 
3 tbsp of lime juice 
.half cup of cilantro fine chopped 
1 tbsp fine chopped garlic

 
Directions

For Pork: fill crock'd pot with water and a packet of fajita mix add in cilantro add in pork set on high for 5 1/2 hours after 5 1/2 hours temp at 145f

For pico de gallo: add all ingredients in a lager bowl and mix with small spatchula
