Pour the stock into the crock pot and stir together with the french onion soup mix. Cut the pork loin into 3/4 slices, then season with pepper, and place into 5 qt crock pot. Slice carrots into 1/2 inch slices, and place in crock pot. Quarter the potatoes and place them into the crock pot. Peel garlic cloves, and cruch them, then place into crock pot. Add thyme, and sage into crock pot,set on low, cover, and let cook for 2-2 1/2 hours. When finished, use the left over liquid from the crock pot as a gravy for you meal, and enjoy. |
