| Take ribs and season with salt and pepper, then place in 5 qt crock pot, along with ham hock. Take stock, cider, and wine and pour into crock pot. Take leek and cut in half length wise, then cut into thin (half moon) slices, and add to crock pot. Peel, and crush garlic cloves, and add them to crock pot , along with rosemary, then cover. Turn crock pot on low, and cook for 7-8 hrs. enjoy! |
