Spanish Paprika Pork and Black Beans

Ingredients

 2 tsp. paprika 
1 tsp. salt 
1 tsp. black pepper 
1/2 tsp. chili powder 
2 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into 1" cubes 
3 T. extra-virgin olive oil 
1 (15) oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 
1 (28-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained 
1 large onion, chopped 
3 cloves garlic, minced 
4-6 cups hot rice

 
Directions
 Place cubed pork in medium bowl; sprinkel with paprika, salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix well. Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place pork in medium crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
 Serve over hot rice.
 Serves 4-6.
