Plum Spicy Roast Pork

Ingredients

1 cup Asian-style plum sauce 
1 tablespoon minced or grated fresh ginger 
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 
1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce (such as Sriracha) 
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 
2 pork tenderloins, trimmed if needed 
2 teaspoons salt 
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (both white and green parts) 
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted

 
Directions
Whisk the plum sauce, ginger, garlic, chili sauce and sesame oil in the insert of a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker, blending well Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper, rubbing into the pork, then arrange in the slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 3 hours or until the pork is cooked through. 
Remove pork from the sauce; tent pork lightly with foil and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice the pork and place on a serving platter. Drizzle lightly with the sauce (or serve on the side) and sprinkle pork with green onions and sesame seeds. 
Serves 6 to 8.
