Whisk the plum sauce, ginger, garlic, chili sauce and sesame oil in the insert of a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker, blending well Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper, rubbing into the pork, then arrange in the slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 3 hours or until the pork is cooked through. Remove pork from the sauce; tent pork lightly with foil and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice the pork and place on a serving platter. Drizzle lightly with the sauce (or serve on the side) and sprinkle pork with green onions and sesame seeds. Serves 6 to 8. |
