Sour Pork Roast

Ingredients

Pork roast
Bottle vinegar
3 cups water

 
Directions
brown pork roast in a pan then place in oven or slow cooker along with a bottle of vinegar and 3 cups of water. Cook until well done or about 3 hours in oven and up to 8 hours in slow cooker, depends on the size of the roast. It is called Sour Pork Roast. when done use the remaining sauce/juices to make gravy using flour to thicken it. Serve over noodle, rice or whatever you like....YUMM
