Rub pork with the garlic and seasoned salt, add pork to the crock pot cover with the root beer and onion,let cook for about 6-8 hours. Drain off juices, shred pork and place back in crock pot with bbq sauce (you can add more or less depending on your taste) cook on low for about 30mins to 1 hour. Stir one more time place on buns and serve with any sides...though i do recommend to serve with potatoe salad and baked beans. |
