~Brown both sides of the country ribs in canola oil or olive oil or both, in crockpot, on high temp. ~When finished browning, adjust temperature to the low/lowest setting. ~Use 1/2 to a whole bottle of barbeque sauce, pouring all over country ribs. ~Add a splash of water. ~Cook on low with lid on/closed for 6 hours, unless you feel more or less time is needed. Tastes great with a side of mash potatoes and sweet corn.:) Yum! |
