2 tsp salt, 2 minced cloves garlic, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 4lb boneless pork roast, 2 bay leaves, 2 cups chicken broth |
Put salt, garlic, cumin, oregano, coriander and chili powder in a bowl coat pork with mixture. put bay leaves at bottom of slow cooker and put pork on top. pour broth on sides of pork so not to take off spices. cover cook low for 10hrs. remove from slow cooker, shred and then place on cookie sheet @400 degress for 15 mins. serve with tortillas, avacado, tomatoes and sour cream. |
