Ingredients

2 # Country-style ribs 
1, 16 oz can Apricots, drained 
1 Onion, medium, roughly chopped 
2 garlic cloves, finely diced 
3 – 4 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, canned 
3 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar 
3 Cloves, whole 1 tsp. 
Ginger, ground 
1/3 cup Light Brown sugar
 1/2 tsp. Salt 
1/2 tsp. Pepper 
1 1/2 cups water

 
Directions
 Prep time: 8 – 10 minutes Cook time: 6 – 8 hours Crock-pot setting: Low 
Ingredients: Directions: Thoroughly rub salt and pepper into pork. Place into crock pot with garlic, onions and water. Put remaining ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add sauce to crock pot and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
