6 Servings Combine salt, thyme, pepper, and meat cubes. Put carrots, potatoes, onion, and apple in a slow cooker. Top with meat. Combine apple cider and vinegar and pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Then, blend flour and water in small saucepan, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Drain hot liquid from cooker and combine with flour mixture over low heat, stirring until thickened to gravy consistency, taste and adjust seasonings as needed.. Combine with meat and vegetables and serve. |
