Tropical Triple Pork Paradise!

Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
4 hot Italian sausage links 
1/2 pound (2 inch thick) ham steak 
2 large red potatoes 
1 mango 
1 papaya 
2 teaspoons dried basil 
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 
28 ounces diced tomatoes with peppers & onions (or 1 quart homemade canned tomatoes)

 
Directions
 Place tenderloin in slow cooker. Season with salt & pepper. Place sausage around tenderloin. Cut ham steak into cubes & add them into the slow cooker. Quarter potatoes & place on top of the meat. Peel & remove pit from mango and dice the fruit. Peel, seed & dice papaya. Add fruit to slow cooker. Season with basil & pepper flakes. Pour tomatoes on top. Cover & cook on low for 4-6 hours.
