Ingredients

3# pork, cut in bite size cubes 
2 T. olive oil 
1 small chopped onion 
2 minced cloves garlic
1 1/2 t. salt 
1T. wine vinegar
 1/4 cup white wine 
1 can vegetable broth

 
Directions
 Fry meat in oil until light brown. Remove meat to crockpot, saute onion and garlic. Stir in chilies, salt, vinegar and wine amd vegetable broth. 
Pour all ingredients into crockpot. Cover, simmer on low for 4-6 hours. 
Serve in warm tortillas with shredded cheese and sour cream. Roll and serve.
