Ingredients

One pork tenderloin
4 TBS chopped garlic
3 TBS sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
Finely chopped fresh ginger

 
Directions
One pork tenderloin in the crockpot sitting upon 4 tbsp. chopped garlic, 3 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 cup soy sauce. Stir the liquid ingrediants together and pour over pork and finely chopped fresh ginger on top and cook on medium in crock pot 3.5 hours. What a fragrant and tender delight serve over rice.
