Ingredients

Four-Pound Pork Roast 
Four Cans Black-eyed Peas (undrained) 
Two Cans Sweet Corn (undrained) 
Two 28oz. Cans Stewed Tomatoes 
One Large Sliced Onion 
Six Sliced Potatoes 
1/2 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Smoked Sauce 
2 Tablespoons Lowry’s Seasoned Salt 
2 Table Spoons Garlic Powder

 
Directions
Put Pork in the Crock Pot First Smother it with the Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce Place the sliced Onions and sliced Potato in the pot Put the Lowry’s and Garlic Powder in the pot Pour the cans of corn, black-eyed peas and stewed tomatoes over the top Close the crock pot and let it cook on high for 7 hours Open the pot and pull the pork apart. Close the pot back and let it simmer for an additional 2 hours on low. 
Put Oyster crackers, hot sauce and shredded cheese on the table for Daddy!
