Ingredients

2-5 pound pork roast 
1 tbsp each garlic powder and onion powder. 
1 tsp celery salt. 
1tbsp dark brown sugar. 
1 pound sauerkraut.

 
Directions
Brown all side of the pork roast on a charcoal grill or stovetop. Place pork roast in a crockpot. spread the onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt on top of the pork roast. Pour the undrained sauerkraut over the pork roast. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours. Remove sauerkraut and place on serving plate. Remove pork roast and place on top of sauerkraut. Sprinkle brown sugar over pork roast. Slice pork roast. Empty liquid remaining in the crock pot into a bowl. Plte the sauerkraut and pork roast portions and allow each person to spoon the liqid onto their portions. 
Serve 4 to 6.
