Shredded Kick-Pork BUTT

Ingredients

1 lb pork loin or butt (shoulder)
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 pkg brown gravy mix
1 tsp sugar.

 
Directions
 Put pork in crockpot, sprinkle with 1 tsp red pepper flakes, mix 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/2 pkg brown gravy mix (dry) and sti; pour over pork. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar. Cook on high 4 hours until internal temperature is done. Shred in juices and mix. 
Serve on slider buns with cole slaw if desired.
