Put pork loin in crock pot; press garlic directly on the meat; sprinkle meatwith red hot; mix soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch then pour over meat; add red wine. Cook High 3 hours then either add frozen vegetables during last hour and cook until crisp/tender or steam vegetables on stove or microwave. Cook meat a total of 4 hours. Shred or dice, mix in vegetables if steamed seperately, serve over rice. |
