Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin 
1/2 Cup pitted prunes 
2 Tbs. Apricot jam 
salt
pepper 
1 Cup water 
1 oz cognac

 
Directions
 Add all ingredients to crock pot, cook 6-8 hours. serve and enjoy!
