Apple Cider Pork Chops

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour 
1 tsp salt 
1/4/tsp pepper 
4 1 inch thick pork chops 
2 TBLs butter 
5 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced 
1 cup packed brown sugar 
1 cup apple cider

 
Directions
Combine flour, salt, pepper in a bag - add pork chops and shake to coat. Remove chops. 
Melt 2 TBLS butter in a pan - add chops and brown on both sides. Lay sliced apples in bottom of crock pot. Place pork chops on top then sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour cider on top. 
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
